Cuppy is presented as a rounded white porcelain cup with a gray handle, a gray bottom and gray oak leaf motifs. Before CFMOT 7, she looked like a small, angular porcelain cup of white and lilac color. She does not contain any liquid. She also has no arms.
In the opening, at first she just stands, and then she gets into a glamorous pose. In CFMOT 6, the glamorous pose was replaced by a sad face. In CFMOT 7, Cuppy first stands with an angry face, and then sits down with a shy face.
Personality[]
Cuppy can be called quiet. She is usually calm and serene, almost never raising her voice. She can be a pleasant conversationalist. Her favorite phrase is "you don't have to", she likes to use it against Kratcy, which is a bad idea in the first place. However, almost no one in the Band takes her seriously. After the addition of Spraysh, almost no one listened to her, although she gave good advice. Because of this, in CFMOT 7, she lost her temper and spoke out to the members of the Band. Her only close friend remained Nansensu.
Cuppy is very smart and resourceful. She gave the team good advice more than once, which, however, almost no one listened to.
Trivia[]
Previously, according to the canon, the legs of Cuppy were slightly longer than the rest of the objects, but this was not always observed.
Cuppy could be a good luggage carrier, as she carried some objects in herself, for example, Nansensu.
In the old asset, Cuppy had a completely round bottom.
Cuppy had almost no interactions with the Blooming May participants.
Prototype of a round Cuppy
Zack originally wanted to make Cuppy in the new style of round shape, but he constantly failed to do so. In the files of CFMOT 5, a prototype of a round Cuppy was found.
After CFMOT 7, the new Cuppy asset was adjusted: the patterns became a few tones lighter so that they do not merge with the face.
Interestingly, this was already the third version of this new asset design. Zack also showed the original version, where the patterns are so dark that in some places her face blended into them.
Cuppy is the only armless contestant on team Band.
